One of the most important parts of improving your happiness is to do so with positive thinking. Instead of getting down, frustrated, or angry at yourself when things go wrong, remind yourself to stay positive. Additionally, never speak to yourself in a way that you wouldn’t speak to someone else. To help practice positive thinking in your own life, I recommend starting a gratitude journal. Every day, write down three things that you are grateful for. As soon as it becomes a habit, you’ll notice yourself becoming more grateful, positive, and happy in everyday life. Another thing that can help you with positive thinking is creating a mood board somewhere in your home with positive quotes. I recommend hanging it somewhere where you will see it every day, such as your bathroom or in your closet as you are getting dressed. A Healthy Mindset
Creating a healthy mindset starts from the outside in. Make it a point to eat healthy, with a focus on leafy greens, lean meats, plenty of nuts, and fruits with bright colors for antioxidants. Most people notice that their mental state improves just as soon as they start eating healthier, it must be all of the vitamins and minerals! I also recommend exercising a few times every week, if even just for thirty minutes. Exercise releases healthy endorphins into your bloodstream and helps promote a healthy emotional balance. Try doing yoga, swimming, or even going for a run. No matter what kind of exercise you choose, it is key to helping you develop a healthy mindset. 
Sometimes it can be hard finding positivity in life but you will be so glad when you find your inner peace
