My mom was the queen of recipes! She made her world-famous meatloaf recipe twice a month and it was usually on a Monday night. It quickly became a family tradition to indulge in Mom’s mouth-watering meatloaf. It only takes a few minutes of prep time and it’s great when you’re in a dinner bind. If you are struggling to come up with what to eat for dinner tonight, give this meatloaf recipe a try! Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons peppered mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
Instructions
Step One: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step Two: Combine beef, egg, onion, milk, and breadcrumbs together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Once seasoned, place the mixture in a 5×9 loaf pan.Â
Step Three: Using a separate bowl, mix your brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over top of your meatloaf.
Step Four: Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour.
