My mom was the queen of recipes! She made her world-famous meatloaf recipe twice a month and it was usually on a Monday night. It quickly became a family tradition to indulge in Mom’s mouth-watering meatloaf. It only takes a few minutes of prep time and it’s great when you’re in a dinner bind. If you are struggling to come up with what to eat for dinner tonight, give this meatloaf recipe a try! It’s sure to become a family favorite and an easy go-to for the chef in your house. Get your apron on and let’s get to this.
